SO what have I been up to for the past two weeks? Nothing much. Just journeying across the far off, long ago distant land of Fereldan, assembling a party of mages and dwarves and elves and humans to combat the onslaught of an army of darkspawn (kinda like orcs from LotR but more plentiful and more capable of blasting you with magic from like a football field length away, the bastards). But, well, them's the breaks when it comes to being a Grey Warden. What exactly IS a Grey Warden, might you ask? Well, you can get a pretty good idea by watching these videos here:

Whyyyyy is it that whenever one tries to write something that is when suddenly everyone in the world needs to talk to you? I've gone away for a MUCH NEEDED holiday from work and am staying at my mom's, and we can be sitting there reading opposite one another or something just fine but as soon as I try writing something she needs to talk to me about the most random things.

What I DO like though is Dragon Age Origins on my PS3. That game has eaten my time/life. It's a little embarrassing, really.

Omg this club is so packed! I'm dressed as a vampire victim and am more that a little drunk right now. Idk if I'm making any sense but pmg happy Halloween everyone!

OMG I'm at work and I think I let a mouse into the store! I mean, there's definitely a mouse because I saw it, but I think it might be my fault! And my boss is telling me to lay out glue traps!! I can't do that to it!

I'm literally freaking out right now and sick with worry. I don't know how I'm going to get any work done...

OH MY GOD IT IS TOO COLD IN THIS HOUSE! I generally love the month of October but the past few days have been insanely cold. No good Canada with it's no good climate.

Ohhhh my goddddddd I feel so so uncomfortable right now! I'm sitting here in my dad's girlfriend (Marly)'s house for Thanksgiving dinner and all her family is over too so I'm sitting on the couch and everyone's talking around me and I have nothing at all to contribute cuz I don't really know them. And to make things even worse one of Marly's nieces just had a baby so everyone's fawning over her and so when they do talk to me it's either about school (though I'm done) and when I'm gonna be having babies.
UGH. Every time someone asks me about this kinda thing it just makes me never want to have kids, seriously. And Marly commented on how she'll be 90 by the time I have a baby at the rate I'm going, and I know it was a joke I'm still all...I dunno, it makes me feel really crappy.

I just want some turkey now so I can hide in the basement and eat, lol.

WTF ontd! Why do you gotta go and delete posts that I'm just about to post cute gifs like this one to Malissa in?

Ugh today suuuuuucks! Work's been so impossibly busy today in spite of the fact that they'd assumed we'd be slow, so we were under-staffed, and then, to top it all off, we've gotten like eleventy billion drunk people in here all causing a fuss, which, of course, is my favorite thing ever.

Though we did have one really great guy come in here that could barely stand. He went "you don't mind if I stand in here, do you?" and so I asked him if he was going to buy anything. So I told him he couldn't stay in the store so he wobbled and went "oh. Okay. Sorry. Bye." and stumbled outside. It was very memorable.

And, naturally, I missed SNL again this week because of work. This bums me out way more than it should. :(

ETA: Another drunk guy just left the store thirty seconds ago after asking me if we made chocolate cake here.

...right.

Oh my god Hotch. Seriously wai do you gotta break my heart like that? That's literally all I can say about this episode because while it was good, all I can think about was that pained, defeated sigh he gave at the end of it. Gah. Oh my God. Poor Hotch. :(
...Okay I lied. I also noticed how epically HOT everyone was in this episode. Like...more than usual. Seriously.
Oh, and Reid's little "Okay guys...I'll just sit here as you all run to stop the UNSUB" shrug as he sat at the table made me giggle madly. And his interaction with Garcia. And...oh heck, I loved all the inter-team interactions in this episode, but when I think back on it all I just keep hearing Hotch sigh. :(

I'm way too emotionally invested in this show. XD

ETA: OH YEAH: I got a new mood theme and a new LJ layout! It's not autumn-y OR Halloween-y, but it's super different from my other one and I like it.
